Chicken tenderloins

Quest Ranch Chips
2 eggs
Almond flour

Crush up one bag of Quest protein chips. I used the ranch flavor. You could use whatever flavor you want, or probably just use Parmesan or pork rinds or whatever you have on hand or want to use.

Put chips, flour, and egg in their own separate bowls. Beat egg. Dip chicken tenders in flour first, then in egg – let the excess drain off, then in crushed chip mixture.

Spray both sides of chicken with your choice of cooking oil, I used olive oil cooking spray.




Air fry at 390 degrees F for 14 minutes, flipping half way.
