Pizza is a staple in my diet, no matter the form. I made an attempt to make something similar and was pleased with the results.

Crust:

1/2 lb ground raw chicken breast (could use dark meat)
1/2 cup (about 42g) mozzarella
1 egg
Salt to taste

Press into desired pizza shape, as thin as you can. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until slightly browned. Top with whatever you want and bake for another 10 minutes. I topped mine with 1/2 lb shredded chicken, 2 slices of bacon, 46g mozzarella, and bacon fat Alfredo sauce (recipe follows)




Sauce:

Two slices of bacon
1/4 c heavy cream
2 Tbsp Parmesan
1 Tbsp butter (optional)

Brown bacon in skillet and set aside. If using, melt butter in bacon fat. Add cream and Parmesan, keep stirring until cheese melts
